Samples of Custom Blazer Badges
Sizes vary from one custom blazer badge to another, but the height of these can be anywhere from 2 X 3 inches to 12 X 12 inches for a normal size with the width or height varying greatly due to the design of each embroidery badge. We calculate the size as being Width + Height Divided by 2. Normal coat of arms badges displaying just the shield are from 4" X 4" to 6" X 4" depending on the complexity of what is displayed on the shield. Also if the blazer badges are being made for a company logo, military, police, or a personalized clan badge showing the coat of arms, will also affect the size of each patch. Larger custom patches can be made upon request.
Prices for Orders of less than 25 Patches
We do offer small orders of 6 or 10 patches. Small orders have to incur setup fees and reflect a higher price. These types of small orders are for blazer badges that only display a shield and surname on top. The size of these blazer badges are typically about 3" X 4" but can be made smaller at approximately 2"x 3".
Prices for Orders 25 Patches or Higher
All badges and patches are sold in quantities of 6 or higher. Our prices drop as you order more patches and badges. The time it takes to fill an order is 3 to 4 weeks from the time you have approved the draft that we will email you. Company logos, college and school emblems are also available in blazer badges and patches.
How to Calculate Your Price
Take your design and add the width to the height and divided the total by 2 that will give you the average size of the patch or blazer badge. So if you have a design that is 4 inches wide and 4 inches high then you would add them together and have a total of 8 inches. Then divide by 2. The average size of your patch would be 4 inches and that is the size you look for to find your price.
Framing is not available with our service.
